Obituary for Harold Brunt

Harold Brunt, age 86, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020.

Harold was a dedicated man with a great sense of humor. He had a hard work ethic, loved a good project, and had a willingness to help. He was always busy serving. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Brunt; daughter, Deb and Jim Hovinga; son, Harold Jr. and Debbie Brunt, grandchildren, Karri Hovinga, Jeff and Monique Hovinga, Eric Bates, Elliot Bates, great-grandchildren, Caylynne Hovinga, Sam Hovinga; his brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

Memorial service is planned for 3:00 pm on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Bread of Life Lutheran Church, 7510 36th Ave, Hudsonville, MI 49426. Please bring a lawn chair to participate in an outdoor service honoring Harold's life. Social distancing will be observed.

A private family burial to take place in Rosedale Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Harold's honor may be given to Bread of Life Lutheran Church.
